Presentation

LadyLine Iisalmi is a cosy fitness centre for women only. We offer a gym that will be renovated in summer 2024, a wide range of guided group exercise in two group exercise rooms, coaching services and a virtual training room. You will have access to a spacious changing room, a traditional Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna.

The X-TONE™ represents a new age of technology and is an MMS (Magnetic Muscle Stimulation) device for body shaping, muscle activation and relaxation from exertion. MMS electromagnetic muscle stimulation reduces fat from the area being treated and develops the muscles in the area. MMS technology allows muscles to be strengthened and toned through intense and very fast repetitive contractions. The X-TONE™ treatment session lasts 30 minutes, during which time you relax in a sitting or lying position.

Voice rehabilitation and treatment

The sound bowls produce natural, vibrating overtones that you can not only hear - but also feel in your body. The effect of these harmonious sounds is based on synchronisation: brain waves are paced to soothing frequencies and the body enters a state of deep relaxation. The high pitches relax, while the low pitches soothe - together they will lead you towards restfulness and inner balance.
