I have been working as a personal trainer since 2021. I also have experience in teaching various group exercise classes, and I am happy to teach my clients various circuit training exercises if they want to supplement their gym workouts, for example. After going on maternity leave in the spring of 2024, I deepened my knowledge of postpartum recovery and began studying to become a maternity exercise coach. My own exercise routine in my free time includes walks in nature, mother-baby exercise classes, and gym workouts. I am an approachable person, and my coaching style is gentle yet firm. I treat each of my clients as an individual and design a training package that suits your everyday life!
