Would you like to know more about your body composition and muscle balance?
We have the best measuring equipment in the community. The InBody 570 measuring device is used in university-level studies.
The measurement reveals body composition, including the proportion of fat and muscle in the body weight, body mass index and fat percentage. It also tells you your body's muscle balance, so your instructor can plan programmes accordingly. You will also find out your visceral fat (fat in the abdominal cavity) level, which should be less than 10. The measurement will tell you your body's fluid balance and your recommended daily calorie intake. Regular measurements will help you monitor your progress!
