LadyLine Joensuu is a cozy fitness center just for women, located right in the center of Joensuu. Here, you can work out at your own pace in a safe, relaxed, and inspiring environment where every woman can be herself.

At our center, you will find a comfortable gym, a popular selection of group exercise classes, a spinning room, a spacious changing room, and a relaxing sauna with a beautiful view of the city center. You can also enjoy a soothing infrared sauna that pampers your body and mind and helps you recover from your busy everyday life.

17:20 LadyKunto45 (45 min) A fun and varied class to effectively develop your muscular fitness, endurance and oxygenation. The class starts with an easy warm-up, followed by a series of muscle conditioning and heart rate raising movements in a fitness circuit in your own space. The movements are done at your own pace, so everyone can train at their own fitness level. At the end of the class you will do some restorative stretching. 16:30 YogaFlow60 (60 min) The YogaFlow class is a series of opening movements that create more space in the body. Yoga brings attention to breathing, recovery and nurturing vitality. In the practice, the movements connect with each other, guided by the breath, from asana to asana. The class warms the body, develops strength and deepens body awareness.
