Whether it's starting to train, building muscle mass, losing weight, getting fitter or even refining your movement techniques. I treat each client as an individual and want to create an atmosphere of trust and openness in the coaching relationship. I am a Savoese-style coach and I have a good sense of humour, but I always take the client's situation and goals seriously. I have been training in the gym myself for about eight years, and muscle training is still close to my heart. I also ride horses, so I have experience of balancing two very different disciplines. In my coaching I take you as a whole person, and I want to help and encourage you to move forward towards your goals!
