Getting started has never been easier: every new client receives a free PT consultation.
The meeting will discuss your starting point, your goals and any pain and limitations you may have. At the end of the meeting, your coach will give you tips and recommendations on how to start training.

Individual coaching
Want personal support, a personalised programme and a coach to walk alongside you? Alternatively, you can also go through specific questions and tips with your coach and get support for your training in just one coaching session. Individual coaching focuses on your specific goals - whether it's weight management, muscle development or overall wellbeing.
Small group coaching - train together, develop individually
Small group coaching combines individuality and group support. Working out in a group motivates, encourages and brings joy to your workout. Check out the themes and timetables on your centre's website.
