During your free pt consultation, your trainer will review your starting situation, any pain or injuries that may be affecting your training, and recommend how you can move forward together to achieve your goals.
At the meeting you will also have the opportunity to learn about different coaching packages and small group coaching.

Our ladies group exercise classes are designed for our clients over 60 years old. No previous group exercise experience is required.
LadyLine In Kotka, people over 60 can choose their own Lady group exercise class. More and more older people are choosing the services of a personal trainer to maintain a good or excellent quality of life as they get older. All women over 60 are welcome to try a Ladyt group exercise class and Ladyt circuit training in the gym. First, it's a good idea to see if the group exercise is suitable for you. The trial is completely free of charge. The staff identify everyone's fitness needs and make it as easy and safe as possible to get started.
Many everyday activities such as standing up, walking and lifting things require muscle strength. In older people, climbing stairs or getting out of a chair requires up to 80% of the measured thigh muscle force, compared to 40-50% in young adults. Maintaining muscle strength is therefore necessary to enable older people to carry out their daily activities independently. In addition to endurance exercise, the national guidelines for physical activity recommend that all adults should do muscular strength training at least two days a week (Exercise is Medicine, Physical Activity Recommendation).
Aerial Yoga was developed in 2006/2007 in New York. It is a delightful combination of yoga and body control exercises. A large fabric, the hammock, allows you to experience the movements in the air. Aerial yoga is suitable for almost everyone, there are options of movements and everyone chooses their own. Air yoga combines traditional yoga practice with aerial acrobatics, creating a versatile fitness workout for the whole body. The exercise calms you down, increases mobility, develops body control and feels good. Air yoga involves detaching from the floor onto the fabric and performing inverted movements (there is always the option to do the movement supported by the floor). These inversion exercises relax and stretch the spine effectively but gently.

With LadyStart, you can easily get started with a training programme and techniques guided by a coach. Price €39.
With a fitness pass you can enjoy all the services of the fitness centre for 7 consecutive days. The pass includes the gym, virtual classes and group exercise. The trial period does not commit you to a paid membership. The access key must be collected from the centre's customer service within 7 days of receiving the confirmation message. The one-week trial period starts from the time you pick up the key. Order from the online shop and come to the Customer Service to pick up the access key. New customers only, one (1) exercise pass per person per 12 months. Cannot be combined with any other benefits or offers.
The 10-trip card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase/10 visits. 1 time is 1 group exercise class or gym visit. The card expires after 10 visits. The card can be reactivated at customer service.
