Summer Training Grants for Youth 2026
There has been a lot of talk in the media about the increasing lack of physical activity among young people. Fewer and fewer young people—only a quarter of 15-year-olds—meet the physical activity guidelines. At LadyLine, we want to make physical activity accessible to young people as well. That’s why we’re awarding 500 summer workout scholarships again this year to young people aged 15–18.
“We want to give these young people the opportunity to discover the joy of physical activity and a meaningful way to promote their own well-being.”
– Mikko Nummenmaa, Business Director

There’s definitely room for training—especially in the summer. All scholarship recipients receive a joint orientation and learn the center’s rules. Each young person agrees to the terms of the agreement, and the training scholarship is contingent upon appropriate behavior as outlined in the agreement.
