This workshop takes a comprehensive look at how the shoulder girdle works—you’ll learn where strain comes from and how you can influence it yourself.
Many of these challenges stem from:
– tight chest muscles
– a stretched and overloaded upper back
– weak shoulder blade support
– inadequate core activation (especially the transverse abdominis)
The workshop combines practical knowledge with guided exercises.
