RUNNING - Small Group (6 weeks)

Are you thinking about taking up running, or are you looking for a new routine and some motivation? This low-threshold small-group running class is just for you. No prior experience is necessary—all you need is the desire to feel better and take some time for yourself.

What does the small group include?

✨ Group runs with a relaxed and supportive vibe
✨ Track running workouts – learn to control your pace and technique
✨ Gym workouts to support your running – a stronger body, a lighter stride
✨ Coordination and warm-up exercises – confidence and fluidity in your running
✨ Interval training – effective workouts suitable for everyone

Who is this group for?
It’s for you if you’ve been thinking about taking up running but haven’t quite dared to start yet. Or if you’re looking for a gentle nudge to get back into exercise. In this group, you can progress at your own pace—without any pressure to perform.

Duration: 6 weeks (6 sessions).
