Practices are on Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m.

In week 23, practice will be held on Friday, June 5, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Women's Strength Training is a goal-oriented small-group class that focuses on building strength and taking your training to the next level. The class emphasizes multi-joint exercises using free weights, which effectively and safely develop the entire body.
You’ll learn the techniques for key exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows, and gain confidence in performing them. Training isn’t just about technique—it also includes high-intensity workouts where you can put what you’ve learned into practice and build strength in a tangible way.
Small groups (max. 6 people) allow for individualized instruction, personalized feedback, and a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere.
This training is right for you if:
– You already have some experience with gym workouts and want to improve further
– You've been working out on machines and want to switch to free weights
– You want your training to be clear and goal-oriented
