This spring, you’ll build strength, endurance, and a positive mindset that will carry you well into the summer. Every workout gives you more energy for your daily life and brings you closer to the version of yourself you want to become. Or maybe you’re already there, but you want to maintain that positive vibe and energy levels by getting new workout tips for your daily routine.
In this training, you will receive:
- Effective strength training workouts to sculpt your body and build strength
- Sweaty cardio workouts that boost your fitness and increase your stamina
- Bodyweight exercises – simple but really effective
- Clear technical guidance to help you train safely and achieve the best results
Duration: 6 weeks, Tuesdays from April 21 to May 26, 2026, 7:30–8:30 p.m.
