Are you looking for a little push to get started with running? Or are you already an experienced runner but want to improve even further? This running course is designed just for you! The course is perfect for beginners as well as anyone who wants to improve their running fitness and skills.
This course is for you if:
- You don't know the best way to start running
- you don't know how you should practice running
- You don't know how you should schedule your runs and gym workouts
- You don't know how to build muscle strength in a way that supports your running
- For example, if you run HYROX or are interested in it and want to improve your running form, speed, or endurance

- Week 1: Outdoor running workouts, starting at LadyLine
- Week 2: Interval running and speed work
- Week 3: Strength for Runners, Strength Training at the Gym
- Week 4: Outdoor running workouts and mobility training, starting at LadyLine and mobility training at LadyLine
