LadyPump
The endurance pump class (muscle training class with barbell and weights) is a group exercise class that trains whole-body muscular endurance with light weights and plenty of repetitions. It is an effective, heart rate-raising and muscle-burning workout based on basic movements - such as squats, bench presses and rowing - to music. Lots of repetitions to get a good shake in your body. This class is also limb-friendly, as we don't do any jumping in class.
Flow Yoga is now YogaLates
JoogaLates (en.tFlowJooga class) is a dynamic and gently progressive yoga class in which asanas (yoga poses) flow smoothly into one another, guided by the breath. When we changed the class to JoogaLAtes, we added more core-strengthening movements to the class. The class can vary from a calm, restorative practice to a more physically demanding workout, depending on the instructor and the level of the class. During the class, we also do movements that support the core, which beautifully support our body and posture. At the end of the class, we relax in a final meditation.
Warm Gentle Yoga
Warm Gentle yoga is suitable for anyone who longs for a peaceful, opening, and restorative practice. You can melt away the tensions of the day or week and allow your busy mind to calm down through flowing movements and pauses in the asanas. With your movements becoming more open, everyday life and training will feel easier again. Your body and mind will thank you.
Yin Yoga
Hot Yin Yoga is more about being than doing. We pause in relaxing postures for several minutes to allow the beneficial effects to caress both body and mind from the surface down. The postures are supported by yoga pads and cushions, so you don't need to be limber or fit to participate. In addition to traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga is based on the Chinese wisdom tradition of elemental thinking and meridians.
Asahi
As a low-threshold form of exercise, Asahi is the best - it offers an effective but gentle feel-good for the whole body and mind, regardless of age or previous exercise habits.
Asahi is a Finnish form of health exercise developed to promote the well-being of the body and mind. It is a calm and simple form of exercise that is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Asahi movements are performed at a slow breathing pace and are based on the principles of oriental disciplines such as taiji, quan, qigong and yoga, but adapted to the western concept of exercise.
The classes provide you with calm and personalised guidance, allowing you to forget the stresses and demands of everyday life.
LadyStep
In Lady Step, the steps of the step are carefully studied. The tempo and difficulty of the movements allows even first-time participants to take part. A smooth stride brings sweat to the surface and makes you feel good. Develops fitness and stamina.
NHS
Neck Hartia Back - a class that strengthens, stretches and relaxes. The strengthening movements are based on pilates, yoga or fitness exercises. The class uses a rubber band with a handle or a stick. Active stretching is also used to stretch and release tension. The effects of the class are enhanced by the heat.
RVP
The Thighs, Abs, and Buttocks class is performed using body weight, with the main focus on the thighs, abs, and buttocks. The class develops muscle strength and tone.
Pilates
A form of group exercise based on the Pilates technique. A weekly class for beginners and more advanced students. With the right execution and breathing technique, you will release tension from your body and strengthen the muscles that maintain posture. Strengthen your body control and mobility, core and back.
Hot body care
A versatile stretching and body care class suitable for all ages, done in infrared heat. Occasionally body care rolls are used as part of the class.
Handlebar ball
The kettlebell is a full-body muscular workout and effectively raises the heart rate during performance sessions. You do not need to have any previous experience of kettlebell training. Muscle building and toning.
Fixed with a rubber band
Strength and control with bodyweight and elastic band - a gentle but effective muscle training class that strengthens the core, legs and glutes in particular. The class starts with a gentle dynamic warm-up to tune the body and mind for the workout. A variety of muscle exercises and a few heart rate increasing movements provide a nice challenge. The class is suitable for all levels: adjust the intensity to your mood with the strength of the elastic band. Finally, relax with restorative stretching.
Rebel by LadyLine functional training class
Functional training. A new form of training where the rebel aspect is that we push ourselves and find new dimensions to our training. Rebel training uses the whole body, equipment, and the respiratory system. If you have an activity tracker, charge it and put it on your wrist. Rebel training is suitable for all fitness enthusiasts. During training, you will find your own pace and develop yourself from your own starting point with the encouragement of your coach.
Zumba
Zumba® classes involve exercising to Latin rhythms and international music. The classes are joyful dance sessions that will leave you sweating and smiling.
