This course is intended for:
- For those of you who need a little help getting started with running
- For those who want to start running safely and prevent sports injuries
- For those of you who can't bring yourselves to go running alone
- For those of you interested in outdoor workouts, running, beautiful scenery, combining the mindfulness benefits of the forest with exercise, and combining gym workouts with running
