Intensive Running Course on Mondays, starting May 25, 2026, from 6:20 p.m. to 7:10 p.m.

Get excited about running under the guidance of a professional personal trainer and with the support of a small group!

This course is intended for:

  • For those of you who need a little help getting started with running
  • For those who want to start running safely and prevent sports injuries
  • For those of you who can't bring yourselves to go running alone
  • For those of you interested in outdoor workouts, running, beautiful scenery, combining the mindfulness benefits of the forest with exercise, and combining gym workouts with running

Duration: 4 weeks

Dates: Mondays, May 25–June 8, 2026, from 6:20–7:10 p.m., and June 15, 2026, from 6:30–7:20 p.m.
