COACHING - coaching

This coaching is suitable for all levels! Do you want to be in better shape or make exercise part of your everyday life? Do you want more energy and motivation? Fitness is improved through self-paced workouts and challenges.

The 12-week fitness training includes muscle testing and InBody measurements at the beginning and end of the training. The coaching starts with a personal meeting with your coach. You will receive a training programme that you can carry out in the gym or at home, on your own schedule. Coach support and exercise reporting will follow throughout the period.
