Reasonable, well-planned and appropriate training will achieve results. Often quality replaces quantity! I offer individual, effective and goal-oriented training without compromising safety or technique. As a coach, I am humorous and understanding, but also precise and demanding. I value openness and trust between client and coach; this creates a lasting partnership that produces results.

Book your time for a free pt consultation

During your free PT consultation, your coach will review your starting situation, any pain or injuries that may be affecting your training and recommend how you can progress together to achieve your goals. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different training packages and small group training.

The consultation will take 45 minutes. The consultation will be conducted in a face-to-face setting, so you can come to the meeting in your normal clothes.
