Want to start training with a purpose? Or are you just thinking about starting to exercise in the gym, at home, in a group exercise class or with your own hobbies, but need some guidance and support? Do you have musculoskeletal problems or other limitations that need to be taken into account when exercising? Do you need more motivation, variety and variety in your training? Is your nutrition in good shape - do you need coaching for this or for training? If you answered YES to any of the above questions, I could be the right PersonalTrainer for you. With my combination of training as a physiotherapist, PersonalTrainer and nutrition coach, I believe I can help you - but it all starts with your own motivation and goals. As an occupational physiotherapist, I have solid work experience in occupational health and have trained a lot alongside my job. I have been involved in a wide range of physical activities for most of my life. For many years, I have led group exercise classes in private fitness centres and in occupational health care. As a group exercise instructor, I am constantly training to keep up to date. I have also given many different lectures on exercise, nutrition and ergonomics. As a personal trainer, nutrition coach and group exercise instructor, I want to be a lifestyle coach and encourager for people and at the same time use my physiotherapy skills. My coaching always starts with a client-centred approach, to which I bring my own knowledge and drive towards your goals.
