Looking after your own wellbeing is important - it's a prerequisite for feeling good and doing well. I have asked myself why I want to be a Personal Trainer? My answer is simple and clear: I want to help people. I want to help people to promote health and well-being. As well as helping, I really enjoy coaching and mentoring and the sense of achievement that comes from being able to support other people in taking up exercise or making lifestyle changes.
Taking into account clients' fitness levels, goals and time constraints, I want to effectively and safely provide clients with a variety of coaching and motivation to make lasting changes towards a healthy lifestyle. Personal Trainer coaching is suitable for people who do not know how much, how often or where to exercise, do not know how to combine exercise and diet, suffer from a lack of time or motivation or do not know where to start. Benefits of coaching if your goal is weight management or body shaping, improving quality of life through exercise, preventing lifestyle diseases, increasing muscle mass or improving performance.
