I am Heidi Ruotsalainen a new, but experienced, personal trainer at LadyLine. I also work as a group exercise instructor, so you can see me leading group exercise classes!
As a coach, it's important to me to help people move and feel better. I believe that holistic wellbeing is important, because a person is a whole and I believe in the power of well-rounded exercise. Therefore, functional training is close to my heart. All aspects such as heart rate training, muscle conditioning and mobility training are needed to promote well-being, not forgetting the importance of deep muscles. Achieving results requires repeated, systematic training - and a personal trainer can be a key support. Without constant training, progress will not be made. That's why I'm here to help you achieve your goals.
