There is no one right way to move or one goal that everyone should strive for. The important thing is that your goals fit your life situation and are aligned with your values. Exercise, nutrition, sleep, recovery and mental wellbeing are among the factors that contribute to overall wellbeing. I want to help you find the right steps to help you achieve your goals and support your overall wellbeing.

Gym training has long been a meaningful and empowering way for me to move. Exercise has been with me all my life, but my greatest interest and strength is found in gym training. As a coach, I would love to inspire more people to take an interest in gym training and find it a way to exercise that they enjoy.
My training as a sports instructor (AMK) in Vierumäki has given me a strong foundation in understanding holistic well-being. I focused my studies on health sports and the development and management of physical activity and sports activities. In addition, I have supplemented my knowledge by studying basic nutrition studies at the Open University of Eastern Finland.
