Personal training - small group coaching

Small group training takes place once a week in groups of 6-8 people on average. In small group training, you will receive individual guidance and dietary and exercise recommendations for your leisure time based on the small group training theme.

Small group training is fun, inspiring and highlights the best of working together, with all participants pulling together and cheering each other on to achieve their goals. It is also less expensive than individual training.

Join the new Fitness Circuit small group, suitable for people of all fitness levels!Firming and fat burning, developing mobility, improving balance and stamina - all this is offered by the Fitness Circuit circuit training! A simple and easy to learn technique, but a super effective way to develop your fitness in a fun and versatile way.

A workout that raises the heart rate and brings the sweat to the surface is an important part of the weekly exercise calendar for women of all ages. Would you like to challenge yourself in a new way, safely and effectively? Improve your endurance and increase your fat burning while developing your muscle strength? Or learn a bodyweight workout you can do anywhere, at home or on the go? Come and try circuit training with the help of your own coach, and with the encouragement of other enthusiastic exercisers in a small group!

Each session includes a warm-up, an intense full-body workout and a final recovery.

Week 1: Start meeting: low-threshold muscle testing and an information session on exercise
Week 2: Careful review of the exercise programme with equipment and technique guidance
Week 3: Brisk functional exercise with body weight, equipment and heart rate
Week 4: Take over the whole gym! Equipment training and new ideas for the future
