A gentle Saturday begins with gentle movement and body maintenance – calm, stretching exercises that combine breathing and movement into a gentle flow. Each exercise is done without rushing, listening to your own body. You are allowed to let go of performance and just be present in your own body. Let your body and mind recover in a workshop held in a gently heated room with infrared heat.

After gentle body care, we continue with sound bowl relaxation, where you can rest on a soft surface and listen to the beautiful sounds of the sound bowls. The vibrations of the sound bowls deeply relax your body and mind. The sounds travel through your body, releasing tension and bringing balance and peace to your entire being. The combination of gentle movement and singing bowls leaves you feeling light, calm, and refreshed. Places are limited, so book yours soon!
