Women's Strength Coaching is designed for you if you want to develop your strength, tone up, lose weight and improve your fitness.
We meet once a week and the group consists of 6-12 people. This coaching provides personal support and a motivating environment where you can really work towards your goals. Whether your goal is to increase muscle strength, lose weight, improve your overall fitness or find a balance with a healthier lifestyle, this coaching is for you!
