Possible service interruptions!

Our operator has announced that it will be upgrading business subscriptions in our area from 3 to 15 September 2023. In the case of business subscriptions, the upgrades will be carried out mainly in the evening/night time, which may cause disruptions to our customer service telephone traffic as our customer service hours are concentrated in the evenings.
If you cannot reach our customer service by telephone, please visit the centre during customer service hours or send us an email at loimaa@ladyline.fi


We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately there is little we can do about it.


!NOTE! UPDATE 14.9.2023

According to our information from the operator, any temporary disruptions may continue over the next few weeks as systems are restored and rebooted. We hope that the situation will return to normal as soon as possible, and the operator expects this to happen in September.
