In exchange for a visitor pass, you can apply for a customer ID for the center from the customer service desk. A one-time introductory visit entitles you to one introductory visit and a 7-day visitor pass to familiarize yourself with the center's services for one week. Visitor pass holders must identify themselves at the Centre's customer service when they collect their pass.
The access key is personal. The access key may not be given to another person and may not be used to allow other persons to train at the centre.
The key must be returned in good working order to the Centre's Customer Service immediately after the end of the visit for which the Visitor Pass is valid. The Centre reserves the right to charge the user a key fee and a surcharge for unreturned or unusable keys, as determined by the Centre.
The minimum age for a visitor pass is 15 years. Children under 18 years of age with the consent of a guardian.
One Visitor Pass per person.
A person is entitled to order only one (1) Visitor Pass for himself/herself.
The Visitor Pass cannot be converted into cash and the subscriber is not entitled to sell the Visitor Pass to another person.
Other rules
Cleanliness and good manners are expected from LadyLine customers. Please also take care of your personal hygiene.
Always wear appropriate clothing and indoor footwear. Bare feet or socks are not allowed in sports facilities, except during specified hours.
Smoking, personal alcohol products, drugs or other intoxicants are not permitted on LadyLine premises.
If the Customer intentionally damages LadyLine's equipment, property or movables, he/she is liable to pay for the damage in full.
Always use an exercise towel when exercising on the gym equipment and also use an exercise towel on the mats in group exercise classes.
Wipe the equipment after use. There are many users and this is how we ensure that the equipment is always clean.
Always return sports equipment to its original place.
Always use a drinking bottle with a cap.
Give all our guests access to the fitness facilities. Make the equipment available for others to use during your break.
The use of mobile phones on LadyLine is prohibited. We hope that you will switch off or mute your phone when you arrive at LadyLine. Give yourself and our other guests the opportunity for undisturbed fitness.
Photography or videography on LadyLine is strictly prohibited. This prohibition also applies to camera phones.
Swimwear etc. should not be used in the sauna and washrooms. The use of towels for intimacy reasons is allowed.
Lockers in the changing room are for day use only. It is not permitted to leave items and clothes in them overnight. Any items left in the lockers overnight will be delivered to the lost property office.
You can reserve a place in a group exercise class just for yourself. You can make your reservation on the spot 75 minutes before the group exercise class or up to 7 days in advance if the online booking system is active.
All appointments are subject to a cancellation policy. If the booked time is not cancelled one hour before the agreed time, and the failure to cancel is repeated, the client may lose his/her right to make a reservation for a limited period of time or permanently. In the case of an additional service for which a fee is charged, such as a personal training session or a massage, LadyLine will charge a fee for the unused time in accordance with the price list.
You are responsible for your own safety. Follow the instructions. LadyLine is not responsible for the property, illness, injury or accident of customers on LadyLine premises or on LadyLine premises.
If a customer does not follow the customer rules and instructions, or otherwise behaves in a way that is contrary to good manners towards our other customers or our staff, the right to use the training pass may be withdrawn completely.
LadyLine shall not be liable for any loss due to theft, burglary or any other similar cause.
LadyLine is not liable for damage to the property of customers or other visitors, nor for personal injury to customers caused by an accident or the actions of another customer. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that his/her health condition is such that he/she can participate in the services provided by LadyLine.
The customer is aware that the LadyLine premises are under CCTV surveillance.
If a customer brings unauthorised persons onto LadyLine's premises with their own key, they undertake to pay a compensation of 250 euros. The compensation will be invoiced to the customer by paper invoice.
