We have a personal trainer and physiotherapist from Lapland ready to help you make exercise and a healthy lifestyle a permanent part of your everyday life. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, rehabilitate or find the joy of exercise, I would love to help you achieve your goal. As a coach, I am suitably strict with a relaxed twist. It's important to me to find a way for each client to incorporate exercise and healthy eating into their life to keep it there. Meaningful, safe, varied exercise and good food - guaranteed to make you feel better. With my training and experience as a physiotherapist, I can also help you with rehabilitation, or with combining different ailments and illnesses into a suitable workout. I have 10 years of experience and training in physical education and physiotherapy, and my own sporting background includes running, pyro-cycling and swimming. During your free PT consultation, your coach will review your starting situation, any pain or injuries that may be affecting your training and recommend how you can progress together to achieve your goals. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different training packages and small group training.

The consultation will take 45 minutes. The consultation will be conducted in a face-to-face setting, so you can come to the meeting in your normal clothes.
