It's important to me to find a way for each client to incorporate exercise and healthy eating into their life to keep it there. With my training and experience as a physiotherapist, I can also help you with rehabilitation, or with combining different ailments and illnesses into a suitable workout. I have 10 years of experience and training in physical education and physiotherapy, and my own sporting background includes running, pyro-cycling and swimming.
