I am cheerful and empathetic by nature. As a coach, I am appropriately firm but encouraging. I want to motivate my clients to achieve their goals and discover the joy of exercise. My special expertise is functional training, which focuses on the overall functioning of the body and exercise that supports everyday life. My physiotherapy expertise supports coaching, especially when the goal is to prevent pain, address ailments, or provide individualized technique guidance.
