Do you need regular training at a slower pace and guidance to get the movements right and safe? Would you like more individualised guidance, with a coach to help you take more care? This small group is designed for clients over 60 years of age who already do some fitness. In this small group, the main focus is on the important muscle training but sometimes the training is also focused on body care. Exercise is done on gym equipment, both with free weights and with body weight.
