As a coach, my main concern is the health and well-being of my clients. My background is in physiotherapy, so musculoskeletal function is one of my core competences. I help my clients to find individually suitable training methods, taking into account their starting situation and their own goals. I also provide tools for building and implementing healthy nutrition in everyday life. In my coaching, I take into account the client's life situation and overall load, and my coaching always puts health first.
