I am a multi-professional in the field of wellbeing, and thanks to my extensive educational background, my strengths include an understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and movement analysis. I have a particular expertise in helping people with musculoskeletal problems find painless ways to perform muscle training. As a trainer, I am supportive and client-centred. I treat each client as an individual, which means that my coaching is always tailored to the client's needs. I want to encourage everyone to find the joy of exercise and help them on their path to development. Everyone is welcome to my coaching, from beginners onwards.
