I am a physiotherapist by training and I am currently completing my studies in coaching and sports medicine. I specialise in endurance running and other endurance sports and the strength training that supports them.
As a coach, I use my physiotherapeutic skills, especially in injury prevention and to support safe training. I want to provide each trainee with a personalised programme that is challenging, meaningful and developmental at the same time.
I am happy to work with all levels of exercisers, whether your goal is to improve your fitness, prepare for a running event or train for a specific goal.
